The Revel Coaches
At REVEL Gymnastics CT, we are incredibly proud of the passion, expertise, and heart our coaches bring to every class. Continued education is a top priority — we provide our staff with countless opportunities to expand their coaching tools so they can deliver the highest level of technique, care, and support to our athletes. Many of our coaches are former gymnasts themselves, bringing firsthand experience and a genuine love for the sport. At REVEL, confident athletes are built from the ground up, and that all begins with the education, credentials, and dedication of our coaching team.

Meet Our Leadership Staff

Jamie-Lee Lagoy
Owner & Head Coach
Jamie-Lee Lagoy brings a lifetime of experience in gymnastics to her role as Owner and Chief Executive Officer of Revel Gymnastics. Raised in a family-run gymnastics facility, she developed a deep understanding of the sport early in life. Although she competed through high school, Jamie-Lee discovered her greatest passion in coaching — guiding athletes to achieve goals they once believed were beyond reach.
In 2022, Jamie-Lee founded Revel Gymnastics with a bold vision: to establish a gymnastics program unlike any other in Connecticut. As the leader of Revel, she is dedicated to cultivating a positive and inspiring training environment that emphasizes respect, confidence, ambition, and joyful engagement in the sport.
Jamie-Lee’s professional résumé reflects a breadth of leadership and technical expertise within gymnastics. She has served as director and manager of multiple programs across varying competitive levels and has coached athletes at local, regional, and national competitions through USA Gymnastics and YMCA Organizations. A respected organizer, she has coordinated and hosted multiple Connecticut State Championship events. Jamie-Lee is also a certified USA Gymnastics (USAG) judge, having been invited to officiate competitions as far afield as Bermuda.
Aligned with Revel’s mission to maintain a safe and nurturing environment, Jamie-Lee maintains all required USAG certifications, including Safe Sport, concussion awareness, CPR/First Aid, and Culture & Practice training.
Outside the gym, Jamie-Lee enjoys painting, going to concerts, and spending quality time with her two daughters. She is supported in her professional and personal pursuits by her husband, Eric Lagoy, Doctor of Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine Specialist at Gaylord Hospital, who has a focused interest in rehabilitation for gymnasts of all ages and abilities.
