YOU & ME Gymnastics
Our You & Me Gymnastics class is designed for children ages 12 months to 3 years and their parent or caregiver. This fun, interactive class introduces young children to movement, coordination, and basic gymnastics skills through guided activities, obstacle courses, songs, and age-appropriate equipment exploration.

With the support of their parent or caregiver, children will develop balance, strength, body awareness, and social skills while building confidence in a safe and nurturing environment. Our instructors lead engaging activities that encourage learning through play and help foster a love for movement from an early age. This class provides a wonderful opportunity for bonding while supporting your child’s physical, cognitive, and social development. No prior gymnastics experience is necessary—just come ready to move, play, and have fun
together! $27/class billed monthly – 45min

Ages 3-4 Years Old
Our Preschool Gymnastics class is designed for children ages 3–4 years and focuses on developing fundamental movement skills in a fun, structured, and encouraging environment. Through age-appropriate gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, games, and creative movement, children will build coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, and body awareness.
Athletes will be introduced to basic gymnastics skills on the floor, balance beam, bars, and other specialized equipment while learning important classroom skills such as listening, following directions, taking turns, and building confidence. Our experienced instructors use positive reinforcement and engaging activities to help each child develop at their own pace.
This class provides the perfect introduction to gymnastics while fostering independence, social interaction, and a lifelong love of physical activity. $27/class billed monthly. 45min

Level 1 – Gymnastics (Beginner) – Building the Foundation– Ages 5-6
Perfect for athletes who are new to gymnastics and ready to begin their journey!
Gymnasts will explore the fundamentals of the sport while developing strength, coordination, flexibility, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Skills Include:
– Forward and backward rolls
– Handstands
– Cartwheels
– Bridges and kickovers
– Basic beam skills and balance development
-Bar hangs and introductory bar skills
-Safe jumping and landing techniques

Athletes build confidence, learn to follow instruction, make new friends, and develop a strong foundation for future success in gymnastics and other sports. $29/class billed monthly– 1hr

Level 2 Gymnastics (Intermediate) – Growing Skills & Confidence
For athletes who have mastered the basics and are ready to take their gymnastics to the next level. Gymnasts will refine their technique while learning exciting new skills and building the strength needed for more advanced progressions.

Skills Include:
– Round-offs
– Front and back walkovers
-Handstand variations
-Skill combinations and connections
– Pullovers and intermediate bar skills
– Beam jumps, turns, and balance challenges
– Increased flexibility and conditioning

Athletes gain confidence through achievement, develop perseverance, and experience the excitement of mastering increasingly challenging skills- $29/class billed monthly. 1hr class

Level 3 Gymnastics and Level 4 (Advance) – Advanced Skills & Team Preparation
Our highest recreational level is designed for dedicated athletes who are ready for advanced skill development and potential team opportunities. Gymnasts will focus on power, technique, and consistency while working toward skills commonly seen in competitive gymnastics.

Skills Include:
– Back walkovers and front handspring progressions
– Round-off back handspring drills
– Advanced beam skills and combinations
– Stronger bar skills and circling elements
– Tumbling connections
– Event-specific strength, flexibility, and conditioning

Athletes are challenged in a positive environment that encourages discipline, determination, and personal growth. Level 3 serves as a pathway for athletes interested in pursuing competitive gymnastics and team placement opportunities.$37.50/ class billed monthly. 1.5hour class

BEGINNER TUMBLING

Our Beginner Tumbling class is designed for children who are new to tumbling and eager to learn the fundamentals in a fun, supportive environment. This class focuses on building strength, coordination, and flexibility while introducing essential skills such as forward rolls, backward rolls, handstands, cartwheels, and bridges. Students will develop confidence as they progress at their own pace with guidance from our experienced instructors. Whether your child is just starting out or looking to improve their basic skills, this class provides the perfect foundation for future gymnastics success.

Thursdays 7:00-8:00pm or Saturday 2:15-3:15pm

Tumbling Class Pricing- $30 per class

Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling
Our Intermediate/Advanced Tumbling class is designed for athletes who have mastered the fundamentals and are ready to progress to more challenging skills. This class focuses on developing power, technique, flexibility, and body control while advancing skills such as round-offs, back walkovers, front walkovers, back handsprings, aerial progressions, and tumbling connections. Athletes will build strength and confidence through structured
drills and skill progressions tailored to their individual level. Our experienced instructors provide personalized coaching in a safe and supportive environment, helping each athlete reach their full potential. This class is ideal for gymnasts, cheerleaders, dancers, and tumblers looking to refine their technique and advance their tumbling abilities. $30/class Billed monthly. 1 hour class

Intermediate– Monday 7:00-8:00pm or Thursday 7:00-8:00pm

Advanced Tumbling– Monday 7:00-8:00pm (Participant must have a back handspring unassisted)

REVEL CHEER- RECREATIONAL TEAM

Our program will be offering an exhibition only program for athletes ages 5-12 years old. This program will be once a week and will be working on developing a routine for our in-house showcases to demonstrate for friends and family. Class Starts October 1st!
